Structure Deck

STRUCTURE DECK is manufactured in the UK using state of the art manufacturing facilities.

Savings of 25-30% can be made on the use of scaffolding crash decks by implementing this quicker method of fall protection. It is much quicker to erect and dismantle than a bird cage scaffold.

This internal fall protection decking system has been rigorously tested and meets BS EN 12811-1 part 3 (for structural integrity and safety factor, for use as a General Purpose Working and Safety Platform) and satisfies the Roof Non-Fragility test in accordance with ACR (M) 001:2000. With an independently tested load capacity of 2 kN per square metre you can relax knowing that your Site exceeds the Working at Height standards.

There are three panel sizes, 1m x 1m, 1m x 750mm and 1m x 500mm. This enables the decking safety system to be erected to any room configuration.

The Decking Safety System has also been designed so that Scaffolding ( 4 + 1 or 4 + 2 internal boards) to internal party walls can be erected through the Decking panels which would leave a legal gap of less than 225mm from the façade.  The holes in the deck itself can be utilised to place a party wall scaffold through, once the party wall scaffold is removed, the complete Safety Deck remains in place providing the fall protection required.
